Seller and acceptance
Jones Publishing and Enterprises, trading as JPE Academy, provides this website and educational services. You contract with Jones Publishing and Enterprises for use of the service, subject to Paddle’s role as reseller for purchases. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to contract or have appropriate permission, and have authority to act for any organization you represent.
Course access and accounts
Foundations of the IPAR Method consists of video and text lessons. Tuition is $197 USD, paid once, for ongoing access to the full course and saved progress. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Enrollment opens only when published lessons are available. Access is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable; keep your credentials confidential and your account information accurate. Test purchases do not grant live paid access.
Payments and Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before payment.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe intellectual property or other rights. Do not interfere with security or service operation, introduce malware, probe systems without authorization, scrape protected content, bypass access limits, share paid access, or reverse engineer or resell course materials.
Intellectual property and submitted content
Jones Publishing and Enterprises retains ownership of its service, software, documentation, educational materials, and branding, subject to third-party rights. Purchase does not transfer ownership. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us permission to host and process it only to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights to submitted material. Send rights-holder complaints to nandrews@jpandellc.com; we may remove infringing content and suspend accounts for repeated infringement.
Educational service and availability
Materials are for educational purposes and do not replace individualized legal, financial, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance or any particular educational or professional outcome. We may maintain and update the service; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, except when immediate action is needed for security or legal compliance. Contact us about account closure or your data. Termination does not remove statutory consumer rights or eligible refund rights.
